We love our 10m "Absolute" pool in silver grey shimmer. Colour and style were the main reasons for choosing a Leisure Pool. Such a sophisticated looking pool with the 2 spillways overflowing from the spa area to the pool and splash pad. Choosing a pool that had a pool/spa and splash pad for the kids was a no brainer for us. Taylor, Emma, Matt and team did a wonderful job at keeping us updated, with Taylor helping us out along the way, what a legend! Would highly recommend Taylor and the team at Leisure Pools North Brisbane. From the time Taylor visited for an initial consultation we were impressed by his attitude, transparency and focus on finding solutions. We had a few constraints with access for the crane, which Taylor was able to solve without a very costly shutdown of our street. While not the cheapest, we felt Taylor’s quote was definitely the most competitive as it was a fixed price with no BS or special conditions. The other quotes we received were very flimsy and opaque, with lots of conditions for “unforeseen circumstances” like rock, tree stumps etc. and no appetite to take on any custom scope that Taylor was happy to accommodate. Everything was completed on time to a high standard, and we were kept informed at every point. Leisure Pools - North Brisbane. Elegance 9m. Right from our first meeting with Taylor we got a great sense of honesty, something that meant a lot to us as we rarely deal with trades. He was up front with the plan, the costs and provided an all inclusive quote which meant we wouldn't be dealing with anyone else. We got started with the dig on 20th August, the shell was in on 25th August, concreted 3rd September, and tiled 4th September! We couldn't believe how quick the process was, and all the employees were great to deal with! The communication from Emma and Taylor from start to finish was excellent. Taylor had great ideas and was always available- Weekends and evenings included. The whole team was amazing every employee who attended did so on time and were professional and great to deal with. Dan did the concreting and very good job- good bloke. Corey did the pavers and what a great job. Top bloke and he gave advice and shared his knowledge. After the install the site was cleared and left in a better condition than I thought it would be. Any work at this scale can be stressful and time consuming. Leisure pools made it as easy as possible and did amazing work. All the different teams we had on site at all stages were all great and can highly recommend. The pool turned out great and it's nice to use the one company to get from start to finish.
